TThe values of transparency, integrity, and
commitment to our mission guide the activity of the
Foundation. The implementation of the mission is
ensured by the constant presence and support of
the following stakeholders:
• Board of Directors and the Director of
Operations define the strategy and provide
specific guidelines to the organisation;
• Country managers work on the field managing
projects directly and reporting their progress to
the Headquarters, as well coordinating relations
with local partners, institutions and government
bodies;
• Volunteers support the Foundation carrying out
different tasks such as conducting filed missions
to audit projects, updating communication
material, and supporting fundraising activities.
